My family and I had to find a hotel after leaving an uncleaned Airbnb rental- as soon as we checked in, we felt like we chose the right place. The front desk staff- specifically Mrs. Stuart was the absolute best! Very kind and thoughtful she was! This hotel was not only beautiful on the inside but had nice amenities- an indoor pool, great dining and a gym. There is valet parking for $25 a night or $10 lot parking a few blocks from the hotel. We will definitely be booking here again in the near future.

So close to the Cleveland clinic, with shuttles running every 10 or so minutes. If you don't want the shuttle, it's a quick walk, 5-7 minutes, at a slow pace. The rooms are more than enough for the cost. Beds are comfortable, and the room was very clean. Valets are friendly and affordable, with in and out at no additional charge. The staff, especially the night woman, were perfect!! Additional pillows delivered in minutes, in the middle of the night. They will hold bags for you, and there is a great cafe on property.

We found all employees at this conveniently located property helpful, friendly and hard workers. Free shuttle bus service to Cleveland Clinic and other nearby spots was terrific!

One of the nicest Holiday Inn’s I’ve stayed at ever. Complimentary earbuds at the fitness center, great service, delicious food and drinks, and can’t beat the location
