Wow, beautiful place. Everything is nice and clean. I love that it has self service little store.

This place was great! However, there is road/street construction nearby and we were coming to it in the dark. Google maps told us to take a right turn. We couldn't because the lane was closed off.

I have come to Cleveland twice now to visit the Cleveland Clinic. Both times, I have stayed here, it has been very pleasant. Rooms clean and restful. The location is very nice as well, as one with health concerns it is nice to know one could easily walk to the Clinic.

The hotel is in excellent condition, the staff was accommodating for several special requests, they offer a patient rate, parking is valet only ($25 per night) and worked well for us, and the shuttle service to and from Cleveland Clinic worked well and made things easier.
