Rooms were very clean and bright. Front desk, all but one person was exceptionally friendly. Coffee shop area and restaurant were polite, happy, and the food, drink delicious. ( maybe not the chicken Alfredo). Burgers, spaghetti, salad, worth ordering.

Stayed here during my visit to Cleveland . It's close to downtown, the hotel is nice but nothing is close by from the hotel. There is a burger king near the hotel. The rooms are clean and big. The towels in room had hair on it and was not washed properly.

Rooms are super nice and clean .... location right next to the hospital is awesome..... they only have 3 handicap parking spots....all parking is $24 a night

Had to wait an hour and a half for our room. Was told there was a meeting that held housekeeping up. There were many of us waiting.
