The service and experience depends on the day and the people on the clock! Restaurant serves good food.... whole experience is EXPENSIVE which I find sad because the majority of the people there are because a loved one is either in the hospital or being treated at the hospital on a daily basis. So the fact that this place is so extraordinarily expensive is sort of a slap in the face to the people who go to Cleveland clinic.

The room was great, the staff was great, but our refrigerator quit working so I had to throw out my food. I told the front desk about it when I checked out and they comped my valet parking ($25). All in all I'm very satisfied but I have to knock points off over that.

Rooms were very clean and bright. Front desk, all but one person was exceptionally friendly. Coffee shop area and restaurant were polite, happy, and the food, drink delicious. ( maybe not the chicken Alfredo). Burgers, spaghetti, salad, worth ordering.

Rooms are super nice and clean .... location right next to the hospital is awesome..... they only have 3 handicap parking spots....all parking is $24 a night
