The service and experience depends on the day and the people on the clock! Restaurant serves good food.... whole experience is EXPENSIVE which I find sad because the majority of the people there are because a loved one is either in the hospital or being treated at the hospital on a daily basis. So the fact that this place is so extraordinarily expensive is sort of a slap in the face to the people who go to Cleveland clinic.

Rooms are super nice and clean .... location right next to the hospital is awesome..... they only have 3 handicap parking spots....all parking is $24 a night

Had to wait an hour and a half for our room. Was told there was a meeting that held housekeeping up. There were many of us waiting.

hotel is fine. valet parking is $25/day. but self parking, (which I prefer) is a hike: hotel is on 86 st. the parking garage is on 93 st. ($10 per in and out) And that looks to be the closest parking available, almost no street parking.
