Rooms are clean and ...

Rooms are clean and everything in the hotel is as advertised. The staff is great - very helpful and friendly. This hotel is 2 blocks from the Cleveland Clinic.

The location if you ...

The location if you are going to the hospital is perfect because they have the free shuttle that will take you every ten to fifteen minutes if you call or let the valet know. The price for rooms is way too high for what is offered. Most people stay there because they are visiting the hospital and are most likely never in the rooms, so you shouldn't have to pay almost $300 a night, especially when the doctor bills are already soul crushing. Bring the price down to $125 or $150 at the most and free parking too.

The service and experience ...

The service and experience depends on the day and the people on the clock! Restaurant serves good food.... whole experience is EXPENSIVE which I find sad because the majority of the people there are because a loved one is either in the hospital or being treated at the hospital on a daily basis. So the fact that this place is so extraordinarily expensive is sort of a slap in the face to the people who go to Cleveland clinic.

The room was great, ...

The room was great, the staff was great, but our refrigerator quit working so I had to throw out my food. I told the front desk about it when I checked out and they comped my valet parking ($25). All in all I'm very satisfied but I have to knock points off over that.
