The location if you are going to the hospital is perfect because they have the free shuttle that will take you every ten to fifteen minutes if you call or let the valet know. The price for rooms is way too high for what is offered. Most people stay there because they are visiting the hospital and are most likely never in the rooms, so you shouldn't have to pay almost $300 a night, especially when the doctor bills are already soul crushing. Bring the price down to $125 or $150 at the most and free parking too.

Great location if you’re visiting or appointments with the Cleveland Clinic

Our room was very clean and bright. The restaurant, on the other hand was the absolutely worst experience I have ever had. The Restaurant Manager was not to be found and left the staff extremely short-handed and in total disarray. There was only one young lady to take food orders, deliver the meals to the diners, act as the bar tender, prepare the final bill, cash the diners out, and clear the tables! All while there were a dozen or more people waiting to be seated! How much can you expect from one person? My wife and I felt bad for her! We waited almost 45 minutes for a table! This total lack of Management and planning falls squarely on the shoulders of the obviously incompetent Restaurant Manager! I visit the Cleveland Clinic every 90 days for doctor appointments and treatments. I will NEVER risk dining there again! At the very least, The Restaurant Manager should be fired immediately! Sorry for complaining, but this entire unfortunate episode could have and should been avoided. Very upsetting!

This Holiday Inn was fantastic! Very clean rooms and quiet. The lobby restaurant was great. Our server, Christopher, was outstanding! The food was great. We could relax before a member of our party has tests in the morning. The shuttle service from this hotel to Cleveland Clinic was terrific. Dropped us off at the door. Our valet, Erik, was friendly and fun to talk with. Stay here. Thank you everyone at this hotel.
