Room was fine but the parking situation was ridiculous. Valet only, and they charge nearly 3x the cost of just parking in the garage yourself and walking. After reading reviews of other customers experiences with valet we opted to walk the 3 blocks back and park ourselves. The room was fine for the most part. The sliding bathroom door was dangerous and could easily break fingers if you weren't careful. Other than that, the room was comfortable and bed was cozy. Would highly recommend parking yourself and walking back over valet.

I found everyone to be very helpful. Big downside of that place is there are no stores or drug stores or coffee shops around it. They sure could use a CVS on the corner

Easy to find off the interstate.

I stayed here while getting care at the Cleveland Clinic. It has a free shuttle and is right next to the medical campus. Restaurant serves good food.
