Hotel was very nice, the valet was amazing and pleasant. Valet is a must because there is not parking with a comfortable walking distance. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable, but my biggest complaint was that housekeeping was vacuuming outside my room, hitting my door from literally 8am until 9am. 9:30 knocking on every door for a reason I don’t know. Check out was at 11, and all we wanted to do was sleep in. I know they have to get rooms clean, but they literally have a tablet to let them know who has checked out so they can get started. 11:01 knocking on the door trying to come in and clean.

The front desk was.very friendly. The restaurant was SUPER SLOW. It took an hour to get our order taken....there were lots of employees just moving crazy slow. It was wierd...I have been a server & I am generally easy going in a restaurant....this was just poor leadership. The next morning, the breakfast opened 45min late. So the room as ok, the front desk was great, the location was very convenient to Cleavland Clinic. Get your food some place else if you can.

The lobby was beautiful and inviting but for $500/night, you’d expect the room to be cleaner. The shower wasn’t cleaned appropriately & the room chair was disgusting! The breakfast buffet was a seriously nice spread and the employee working the buffet was very helpful! They really need to find a way to let people coming from the hospital know that there is a shuttle that runs back and forth all day, it’s not stated anywhere at either location and after being awake since 2:30am (4hrs of sleep) driving over 1 1/2 hours and being at the hospital with my so for over 17 hours, I had to walk with 2 heavy bags down to their location, I was so exhausted!!

They talk a lot about the Cafe and Restaurant that's in the hotel. It's no big deal. They also talk about the fact that there's room service from the hotel and you can order the food up from your room. That's not true there is no room service. When I asked why, because it states clearly on the website numerous times it's so convenient you can have the food sent to your room via room service, I was told it was because of covid, which has been over for years...... it was explained that it was never reinstated, that's fine then take it off the freaking website! There's no room service and there's no valet parking even though they say there is. Unless you want to sit around in your car for half an hour and nobody come. Also the staff seem like they don't want to be here. It's just a hotel that just happens to be beside the clinic that's all. That's it that's the only good Factor nothing else.
