Great place to stay for hospital activities, booked with breakfast rate, during check in was told i did not have breakfast. The next day, I showed the email confirmation and was told sorry , you do have the breakfast included. Just give your room number at the restaurant .A day later, I was charged for breakfast. I had to visit the front desk again to have the charges removed. Valet parking was 75.00 for 3 days, and I had to wait 15 minutes to get my car.

Our room was clean, went to bar/restaurant ordered fish & chips. The menu read 3 large cod fillets, waffles fries and coleslaw. What I got was 2 pcs of fish, whole lot of waffle fries and coleslaw. When I told the server I was supposed to get 3 pcs, she said they used to serve little small pcs of fish so now it’s 2. Well that really made me upset and I called the front desk. The lady apologized and said I should have gotten 3 pcs not 2 and did I want to come back for the 3rd pc. I said no but the hotel menu was misleading and deceiving. I told them to fix it and stop cheating people. I could have gotten ugly about this but I didn’t want it to spoil a good time we were having. I don’t want to go there again!

Staff was very friendly. Rooms are spacious and beds are comfortable.They need more handicap parking spaces.Only option is $25 valet parking plus tip, which adds quite a bit to the final cost of the room. My husband asked if valet was allowed to leave our car running when it was brought back to the hotel (It was 7 degrees). They said sure no problem, but it was off and freezing when we got in and many buttons had been messed with. Bathroom was not as clean this time. Shower and sink were dirty. One of the pillows smelled like mildew.Not deal breakers, but kind of ick.

I really wish we were able to please eat and drink for FREE in the breakfast 🥚🙏🏾🧇🧈🥓🥯🍳🍩🫖☕️🍽🍵🥐🥞🍋‍🟩🥝🫐🍓🍒🍑🍐🍏🍎🍇🍉🍊🍋🍍🥭 We pay a pretty piece of Money to eat at the breakfast bar
