Nice clean hotel and ...

Nice clean hotel and it was very convenient location. Service was lacking. The front desk always takes forever. The waitresses didn't write anything down and got my order wrong twice, and she didn't come back to the table to check on us until the end of the meal, not even to refill drinks. Customer service is highly lacking.

The hotel is spotless, ...

The hotel is spotless, the staff are warm and engaging. I really enjoyed staying here for the one night we were in town. The only flaw was the sliding barn door on the bathroom in the room. Not a fan. :)
