Great place, wonderful staff. Great acommadations, wonderful food court. Everything you want for a place to feel like home. Thank you, all of you for making such comfortable stay. My husband is a Cleveland clinic patient. So it's great for us. I love the pool.

Very convenient for Cleveland Clinic. Price is insanely expensive. With tax over $200 for one night. Malfunctioning lightbulb created strobe effect in bathroom. Toilet is too low.

The front desk was.very friendly. The restaurant was SUPER SLOW. It took an hour to get our order taken....there were lots of employees just moving crazy slow. It was wierd...I have been a server & I am generally easy going in a restaurant....this was just poor leadership. The next morning, the breakfast opened 45min late. So the room as ok, the front desk was great, the location was very convenient to Cleavland Clinic. Get your food some place else if you can.

My main gripe is that they’re $16 all you can eat breakfast is basically a free continental breakfast that you would get if you stayed at any of their other hotels. Oh yea and $25 for parking or walk 2 blocks….
