It’s a Holiday Inn and IHG property so I’d expect: great wi-fi, clean rooms, no visible items in need of repair or painting and a helpful front desk. None of the above were present in this stay. Dreadful room with broken and sagging draw curtains, the wi- fi was so weak it won’t connect, the bed was haphazardly made with only sheets and no cover blanket and the towels were thin and course. The checkin was a pleasure with thoughtful and professional staff My complaint about the wi-fi landed on deaf ears and I was told to call their support to work on the problem. The front desk refused to believe me and to have somebody look into my complaint. Not a good experience for an IHG member.

Great location with easy access to the Cleveland clinic. Shuttle service is very convenient. Room was very clean and included a microwave and mini fridge which was great for our longer stay. All the employees were very helpful and even when we checked out and left items behind they went out of their way to ship them to us. Shout out to Zara and Anthony and the ladies at the front desk!! Thank you!

One of the nicest Holiday Inn’s I’ve stayed at ever. Complimentary earbuds at the fitness center, great service, delicious food and drinks, and can’t beat the location

We found all employees at this conveniently located property helpful, friendly and hard workers. Free shuttle bus service to Cleveland Clinic and other nearby spots was terrific!
