Great service, personnel and food during a very challenging time for my family.

Despite it’s business, this hotel is very clean and quiet. The staff is very friendly and professional, special thanks to the Manager Brihallia John son for the exceptional service.

The lack of parking and the cost to valet is a concern. The lobby furniture was old, worn, and dirty which did not create a very good initial impression. However, the carpeting in the hallway was clean and very nice. The room had been nicely updated except for the carpet. It had everything needed but the door on the cabinet that held the refrigerator did not close all the way. The beds and pillows were very comfortable! The hotel was quiet, the food in the restaurant was good and the waiters were very friendly and helpful. The front desk employees were also very pleasant and helpful. The distance from the hospital was extremely convenient! We will stay again on our next trip :) Thank you!

Very clean and very understanding. Having to travel from another state was stressful enough but our stay here made it much easier. The food selection was great HOWEVER the biggest and only downfall is the lack of parking. Other than that, this is one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in
