Great Rooms, Great front ...

Great Rooms, Great front desk staff, great valet service associates. The restraunt needs help. Menu, more staff, more accomodating seating. This hotel is used by many Cleveland Clinic patients and the tall table down the middle of the restaurant is difficult to navigate as well as the booths.

Very nice hotel, shuttle ...

Very nice hotel, shuttle to clinic, not sure on parking we valet at 25 a day. No continental breakfast you can order food or pay for buffet

Hotel was beautiful and accommodating to needs. Check in defends to have 2 people at desk more frequently. Location is easy to find but parking can be a bit difficult if you havebeen there before.
