During a recent business ...

During a recent business stay at your establishment, I encountered an issue with the check-in process that I believe warrants your attention. My uncle had graciously booked the room for me using his reward points due to an appointment I had at the Cleveland Clinic. However, the receptionist seemed intent on obtaining unnecessary details about my uncle and his relationship to me, rather than simply asking for the basic information she needed to verify the reservation. Her demeanor was dismissive and made me feel as though I was causing a problem, despite the fact that the booking was legitimate and pre-paid. I believe better training in handling third-party bookings—particularly those involving reward points—would significantly enhance your guest experience. Clarity and professionalism during check-in are vital, and this situation left me feeling unwelcome and undervalued. Also the hotel next door is very helpful and kind compared to this.

Really can’t say enough ...

Really can’t say enough good things about this hotel! Rooms are very clean & accommodating. The smell in the hotel smells so good! The hotel is very bright, welcoming and peaceful the second you walk in. I asked the lady at the front what the scent was so I could purchase it for our home lol. The buffet breakfast & eating area was very nice and clean. We got the wings at the restaurant & they were good! Pool room has music which was fun! Also they have a Cleveland clinic shuttle that comes every ten minutes to take you to and from your apts. which was very convenient.

Great Rooms, Great front ...

Great Rooms, Great front desk staff, great valet service associates. The restraunt needs help. Menu, more staff, more accomodating seating. This hotel is used by many Cleveland Clinic patients and the tall table down the middle of the restaurant is difficult to navigate as well as the booths.

Very nice hotel, shuttle ...

Very nice hotel, shuttle to clinic, not sure on parking we valet at 25 a day. No continental breakfast you can order food or pay for buffet
