Location is excellent if visiting the Cleveland Clinic. It's a short Lyft ride to Little Italy or downtown. The rooms are nice and the beds are comfortable. The staff are always friendly and helpful. Michael working in the restaurant was a pleasure.

During a recent business stay at your establishment, I encountered an issue with the check-in process that I believe warrants your attention. My uncle had graciously booked the room for me using his reward points due to an appointment I had at the Cleveland Clinic. However, the receptionist seemed intent on obtaining unnecessary details about my uncle and his relationship to me, rather than simply asking for the basic information she needed to verify the reservation. Her demeanor was dismissive and made me feel as though I was causing a problem, despite the fact that the booking was legitimate and pre-paid. I believe better training in handling third-party bookings—particularly those involving reward points—would significantly enhance your guest experience. Clarity and professionalism during check-in are vital, and this situation left me feeling unwelcome and undervalued. Also the hotel next door is very helpful and kind compared to this.

Really can’t say enough good things about this hotel! Rooms are very clean & accommodating. The smell in the hotel smells so good! The hotel is very bright, welcoming and peaceful the second you walk in. I asked the lady at the front what the scent was so I could purchase it for our home lol. The buffet breakfast & eating area was very nice and clean. We got the wings at the restaurant & they were good! Pool room has music which was fun! Also they have a Cleveland clinic shuttle that comes every ten minutes to take you to and from your apts. which was very convenient.

The hotel was very clean and was decorated with Christmas lights and sparkle. We enjoyed the dining area available from breakfast through ten at night. My husband was in the hospital for surgery and I had some odd-timed comings and goings so it was very helpful. The food was good and plentiful. The desk manager was able to extend my discharge because I wasn't sure of leaving time. I did end up staying another night. Our room was large and had a desk and a recliner chair. The hotel is very convenient to Cleveland Clinic by using the CC shuttle buses which make a stop right in front of the Holiday Inn.
