always enjoy my stay here the convenience to CCL is great.

When you're at a hospital for medical treatment, you crave accommodations away from home that are friendly, in tip top shape, reasonably priced, with good related supporting services - reasonably priced food, professional staff, good parking or valet. The last thing you want is the opposite of any of these things. We have stayed at this hotel three times in the past 12 months because of hospital appointments at Cleveland Clinic. Each time, we have been impressed with the accommodations and service we were given. Our experience has been consistently excellent. The rooms were among the cleanest and best of the many hotel rooms anywhere we've stayed. The beds were wonderful, the decor is upscale and modern. Everything worked and was in good repair. The AC operated flawlessly and quietly. Toiletries were very good. Towels and washcloths were high quality; shower was excellent. Food service is very good and very economical. Front desk staff was exceptional. Parking is a small weak link with only three handicapped parking spots and very limited off street parking. But we decided on valet parking in the behind the hotel parking ramp at 26.00 daily and, for our needs on this trip, it was a Godsend. Maybe the best thing about this facility is the attention to our needs that was given by top staff, especially hotel manager Jeremy Sigler. We had a few special needs and Jeremy accommodated them all cheerfully and promptly. We felt respected and valued by him and his staff at all times. It made our stay so much brighter and pleasant than we expected. We stay in a lot of hotels and we like to evaluate them for future reference by letter grade. It's a rare hotel we give A+ to - but this one gets that highest rating, deservedly. Thanks, Jeremy to you and your staff for a terrific facility and truly excellent service and hospitality. Hotel was ok and the healthline bus line was convenient to get to downtown. Do not bring a car to this hotel. They have almost no free on site parking and unless you wanna take a bath on the $26 per night overnight valet service you have to park at the hospital garage which is a few blocks away.

Decent stay. No free breakfast (typically included in other locations). Buffet $17.50/person. Room wasn't super clean but acceptable. Shuttle service was great to get to nearby clinic but long wait to get picked up- we ended up walking back after waiting 25 minutes (3-4 blocks).
