Excellent!!! My appt was ...

Excellent!!! My appt was at 11:15, and let me have late checkout, which I appreciated very much because I would've had to bring everything with me to my appointment. Everyone ( in the hotel, valet, cleaning people and the shuttle driver)is super nice also and helpful as I live 4 hrs away and not knowing where any place was I needed to be at . And it is really nice having a shuttle every 15 minutes.

If you're going to Cleveland clinic this is the place to go We had a few hiccups but They corrected them all very very helpful people

Staff was super nice ...

Staff was super nice and helpful. Room is clean. Easy access to public transit and easy/cheap food options nearby.
