Despite it’s business, this hotel is very clean and quiet. The staff is very friendly and professional, special thanks to the Manager Brihallia John son for the exceptional service.

Very nice place to stay. People nice and helpful. I had to stay 2 nights at hospital then check back into hotel. They kept my luggage safe for me and checked me back in. Rooms are a little expensive but it's very convenient there.

I was very surprised when We opened the door 🥰😁🥰 So beautiful, modern updated, and clean. We will stay again, as my husband is being treated at the Cleveland clinic. Super nice staff, valet service, shuttle to the hospital 🥰🥰

The housekeeping staff were excellent, the restaurant staff were definitely not.
