Excellent!!! My appt was at 11:15, and let me have late checkout, which I appreciated very much because I would've had to bring everything with me to my appointment. Everyone ( in the hotel, valet, cleaning people and the shuttle driver)is super nice also and helpful as I live 4 hrs away and not knowing where any place was I needed to be at . And it is really nice having a shuttle every 15 minutes.

Not very much spots to park so we chose the valet ($25) but i would totally recommend this hotel to stay at whenever you are here.

Hotel was very nice, the valet was amazing and pleasant. Valet is a must because there is not parking with a comfortable walking distance. The bed and pillows were uncomfortable, but my biggest complaint was that housekeeping was vacuuming outside my room, hitting my door from literally 8am until 9am. 9:30 knocking on every door for a reason I don’t know. Check out was at 11, and all we wanted to do was sleep in. I know they have to get rooms clean, but they literally have a tablet to let them know who has checked out so they can get started. 11:01 knocking on the door trying to come in and clean.

Great place especially if you are going to Cleveland Clinic. Convenient shuttle.
