No towels or room cleaned . Had to call front desk late returning hospital late.

Staff was super nice and helpful. Room is clean. Easy access to public transit and easy/cheap food options nearby.

Very near Clinic, which most people appear to be here for. Unhelpful and staggered front desk info, though props to Vanessa for helpfully finding me a room with a bathtub (previously requested, and I had to downgrade.) Due to IHG's weird reservations requirements if you're redeeming points or bonus night, I was unable to make consecutive resrevations, so was stuck with 4 separate ones, which I was required to move rooms for. Not great.

Stayed here because we needed to spend a couple days at Cleveland Clinic and we could not have been happier with our stay! They have EVERYTHING we needed and the staff was so friendly (especially Michael at their restaurant)! Everything was so clean and smelled super clean!!! The indoor pool was fantastic! The valet staff is top notch too!!! They were always so nice and helpful. There’s even a shuttle to the clinic every 15-20 min from 5:00am- 10:00pm which was AMAZING!!! We will absolutely be back!
