So close to the Cleveland clinic, with shuttles running every 10 or so minutes. If you don't want the shuttle, it's a quick walk, 5-7 minutes, at a slow pace. The rooms are more than enough for the cost. Beds are comfortable, and the room was very clean. Valets are friendly and affordable, with in and out at no additional charge. The staff, especially the night woman, were perfect!! Additional pillows delivered in minutes, in the middle of the night. They will hold bags for you, and there is a great cafe on property.

The room was clean and quiet. We could not hear any of the nearby traffic. All of the extras - blow dryer, TV, refrigerator, and air conditioning - these were in great working condition.

So great to have no surprises at your hotel when you are visiting doctors at Cleveland Clinic. Thank you
