Very clean and very understanding. Having to travel from another state was stressful enough but our stay here made it much easier. The food selection was great HOWEVER the biggest and only downfall is the lack of parking. Other than that, this is one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in

Stayed here because we needed to spend a couple days at Cleveland Clinic and we could not have been happier with our stay! They have EVERYTHING we needed and the staff was so friendly (especially Michael at their restaurant)! Everything was so clean and smelled super clean!!! The indoor pool was fantastic! The valet staff is top notch too!!! They were always so nice and helpful. There’s even a shuttle to the clinic every 15-20 min from 5:00am- 10:00pm which was AMAZING!!! We will absolutely be back!

I booked a reservation at the last minute and was very thankful to the lady who found my reservation and got me checked in so quickly. The room was very spacious and nothing was out of place. It was a little further away from downtown than I expected but nothing a quick Uber ride didn’t fix. Overall, very pleased with my stay.
