Great hotel. Wonderful staff

Room was great. Staff were friendly. Valet only takes some getting used to. Other guests were incredibly messy in hallways

The Good: This was a Great place to stay! Very clean, fantastic staff from the front desk to the cleaning staff. Everyone was Great! Only negative.. Parking.. Probably 9 free Parking spaces on the street and only 3 ADA spaces. We are IHG Members so we get our rooms from the App. The IHG App shows NOTHING about parking being "Vallet Parking Only" paying almost $30 a night! I was told from the front desk staff that it's on the "Website" but not on the App. That would have been good to know I'm being forced to pay an additional $30 a night to stay here. For this reason alone, I cannot give 5 stars. Everything else was perfect! Oh, the TV was kinda small for this Higher Class Holiday Inn.

Regularly stay here. It is a busy place, right on the Cleveland Clinic campus. Rooms are always clean as are the bathrooms. The restaurant has pizza, sandwiches and some dinner items. No free parking close so C.C. bus or valet is only parking option. Valet has always worked well for me.
