Decent stay. No free breakfast (typically included in other locations). Buffet $17.50/person. Room wasn't super clean but acceptable. Shuttle service was great to get to nearby clinic but long wait to get picked up- we ended up walking back after waiting 25 minutes (3-4 blocks).

The hotel and room was nice but not nicer than any other Holiday Inn. The staff was wonderful.

My 2nd stay here due to needing to utilize the Cleveland Clinic. The only complaint I have is the rooms we have had could be cleaner and the mattresses are not very good. Other than that, a very adequate place to stay. The restaurant is good. They needed some extra help at the breakfast take out bar, but a manager jumped in and helped move the long line along. Good laundry area and excellent exercise room. Parking is expensive, but the valet guys and gals were prompt and took good care of my car. I'll see all of you again in 2 years for another CC visit, that is if I make it that long!!
