Very convenient when my son was staying at Cleveland Clinic. Wish they had extra cheap rooms for when all you need to do is sleep there. Shuttle service was great!

The location if you are going to the hospital is perfect because they have the free shuttle that will take you every ten to fifteen minutes if you call or let the valet know. The price for rooms is way too high for what is offered. Most people stay there because they are visiting the hospital and are most likely never in the rooms, so you shouldn't have to pay almost $300 a night, especially when the doctor bills are already soul crushing. Bring the price down to $125 or $150 at the most and free parking too.

The service and experience depends on the day and the people on the clock! Restaurant serves good food.... whole experience is EXPENSIVE which I find sad because the majority of the people there are because a loved one is either in the hospital or being treated at the hospital on a daily basis. So the fact that this place is so extraordinarily expensive is sort of a slap in the face to the people who go to Cleveland clinic.

Stayed here during my visit to Cleveland . It's close to downtown, the hotel is nice but nothing is close by from the hotel. There is a burger king near the hotel. The rooms are clean and big. The towels in room had hair on it and was not washed properly.
