We had to come to Cleveland for my Dad to have testing done at the Cleveland Clinic. Out of other hotels in the area this was definitely the most affordable. The staff has been very friendly. It's clean and has simple, nice decor. My only complaint is that every food and drink option is kind of expensive. Also it is $25 a day to use their valet parking garage. The nearest non valet option is $10 a day and you have to walk a bit. They do have a free shuttle service that makes getting to and from Cleveland clinic a breeze. That does kind of make up for the parking expense I guess. All in all our stay has been a pleasant one.

Great place to stay if you need to use the Cleveland Clinic. Parking is not easy. You have to use valet for $25 per night or walk several city blocks to do self-parking. No free breakfast bar, but lots of options for food in the hotel, and Burger King is across the street and McDonald's is a couple of blocks down.

Cleveland in general is obnoxious to navigate. Room was wonderful. Staff was helpful, but the only thing I really didn't like was the fact the whole place is valet only. There are some handicapped spots on the side of the hotel. But not many. The parking garage is right next door. But. That being said, it was a reasonable price, spacious, well climate controlled and there was a pool. Water was pretty warm though.

Rooms are clean and everything in the hotel is as advertised. The staff is great - very helpful and friendly. This hotel is 2 blocks from the Cleveland Clinic.
