Very polite even if you are just coming from outside for help in area..

I stayed in this hotel with my husband. It was very clean and super convenient to everything. The hotel has a nice restaurant which makes is so easy if you do not want to go out.

Clean hotel. Very kind staff. Valet parking is a downer for $25.

This hotel is conveniently located very close to the Cleveland Clinic. The shuttle to/from the Clinic is very appreciated. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. Unfortunately, the hotel is strongly perfumed with air fresheners which are very prevalent in the common areas, including the elevators. If you have any type of fragrance sensitivity or if you care about your health, this hotel is not the best choice. We had to limit our time in the commons areas due to this. It caused us to cough, wheeze and become congested. Yes - fragrances are harmful to health and have been linked to longterm issues like cancer, reproductive harm, hormone disruption and asthma. They contain chemicals such as phthalates and VOCs. Please, Holiday Inn, do better and protect the health of your customers.
