So clean and nice staff, very helpful. Amazed at how nice our room was. Quite pricy and parking is bad but loved the place.

The hotel rooms are pretty nice. There is no ice machine on every floor - only on 1,3,5,7,9. The room price could be a little better. I didn't like the Valet parking, plus it costs $18 per day and you have to use it if you park at the hotel.

This was our second stay here and have been thrilled with the room and service both times. Have always been able to get right in our room despite early arrivals. Yes housekeeping does work late and one night came to clean at 8PM, our take on that is this...there are many very ill people that come and go at all times of the day and they are constantly trying to service everyone. The room is beyond comfortable and it's and easy walk to the clinic or ride if it's too cold to walk. All in all we will always stay there when we go to the clinic.
