The Holiday Inn is our first choice to stay at Cleveland Clinic.

Great clean quiet convenient stay but breakfast buffet is waaaay too expensive at $15.00.

Nice clean room. Bed super comfy. Food very good. Shuttle to the Clinic and back to the Holiday Inn so convenient and greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Holiday Inn Cleveland Clinic by IHG is very conveniently located a 10 min walk from Cleveland Clinic where I had a procedure done. The hotel was clean and acceptable but average, The room cleaning staff would yell to each other as they made up the rooms casually talking about personal topics. They did a good job of making up the room though and no thefts were indicated. This location had a heated pool and gym - both nice and well maintained. The MAJOR DRAW BACK was a sickening sweet orange blossom air freshener smell that was literally giving me a headache. Maybe it's a good commercial product BUT the staff didn't know how to use it properly. VERY OVERBEARING! The front desk staff like "Anthony" was friendly and professional as were the other front desk staff I came in contact with. IF I had to do it all over again, I would try the InterContinental Hotel next door...
