Great location for CC. Shuttel is so helpful. Valet is great. Weekend rates are higher.

It was a convenient location my father was supposed to be in Cleveland Clinic for up to 10 days today is day 18 still in ICU it is very convenient with the shuttle to the hospital also within walking distance the only problem I had was the price we were already in a terrible situation having to drive 2 1/2 hours there spending all kinds of money it is just very pricey also the 25$ a day for parking. $$$ is terrible. But if I have to go stay again I would definitely stay there

Management is courteous and thoughtful. Proximity to The Cleveland Clinic is great as are the all-day shuttles that run back & forth.

The lobby was beautiful and inviting but for $500/night, you’d expect the room to be cleaner. The shower wasn’t cleaned appropriately & the room chair was disgusting! The breakfast buffet was a seriously nice spread and the employee working the buffet was very helpful! They really need to find a way to let people coming from the hospital know that there is a shuttle that runs back and forth all day, it’s not stated anywhere at either location and after being awake since 2:30am (4hrs of sleep) driving over 1 1/2 hours and being at the hospital with my so for over 17 hours, I had to walk with 2 heavy bags down to their location, I was so exhausted!!
