This hotel is conveniently located very close to the Cleveland Clinic. The shuttle to/from the Clinic is very appreciated. The rooms were clean and the beds were comfy. Unfortunately, the hotel is strongly perfumed with air fresheners which are very prevalent in the common areas, including the elevators. If you have any type of fragrance sensitivity or if you care about your health, this hotel is not the best choice. We had to limit our time in the commons areas due to this. It caused us to cough, wheeze and become congested. Yes - fragrances are harmful to health and have been linked to longterm issues like cancer, reproductive harm, hormone disruption and asthma. They contain chemicals such as phthalates and VOCs. Please, Holiday Inn, do better and protect the health of your customers.

Parking is an absolute scam but hotel is nice. Valet is $25 or you get more ripped off down the street at the re occurring parking garage.

We spent 3 days here as a result of having testing at Cleveland Clinic. The location for that reason was good. The problem is, they charge $25 a day to park there & then you have to wait up to 10 minutes for them to retrieve your car. The shuttle service worked fairly well for getting to & from each building & appointment. If you are there because you are using Cleveland Clinic, make sure you are downstairs waiting at least 15-20 minutes ahead of your appointment time. Was not happy that every time we got our car, they had moved the seat & messed with our radio & at one time found our sirius turned off. Breakfast is NOT included & the food in the restaurant was expensive & terrible. There is no bottled water provided in the rooms & for what you pay, that should definitely be included. There is no one available to help getting your bags to your room, not the kind of service I would expect. The best thing is it's proximity to the Clinic.

Nice clean hotel and it was very convenient location. Service was lacking. The front desk always takes forever. The waitresses didn't write anything down and got my order wrong twice, and she didn't come back to the table to check on us until the end of the meal, not even to refill drinks. Customer service is highly lacking.
