This was our second stay and oh it was so much better. The first time there were many gliches and problems. After talking with a manager and addressing a few concerns we decided to stay again. The room was great, sevice was good, and the check in check out process was problem free. Thank you Holiday Inn Cleveland clinic for making this second stay smooth, not having to stress about anything helped so much. BTW the restaurant on sight is so good and the service is awsome.

The room was very nice and clean. The bed was super comfortable and the pillows were amazing- comfiest bed I've ever slept on at a hotel. Valet parking was nice even though it was an extra $18.

From the moment i was discharged from the clinic everyone could not be nice enough. The attendants helped me from the shuttle all the way to my room. Right down to placing a glass of water next to the bed. The next morning from the room to our vehicle. Amazing place.

The hotel was very clean, the staff was friendly and accommodating.
