I recently stayed at this facility for a medical conference at the Cleveland Clinic. My peer stayed at one of the higher end facilities. Initially I was bummed but there weren’t any rooms available at the other hotel. Turns out I got the better deal! The staff at this hotel are so kind! They go out of their way to make sure your day is going well. Everyone from the check-in staff, to the breakfast lady, the bartender, the housekeepers to the valets were exceptional. The rooms are spacious and clean. I would choose this facility over the fancy version around the corner hands down!

The hotel is in excellent condition, the staff was accommodating for several special requests, they offer a patient rate, parking is valet only ($25 per night) and worked well for us, and the shuttle service to and from Cleveland Clinic worked well and made things easier.

Jasmine handled a packed bar and restaurant like a PRO!!! Detailed, fast, fun, and uplifting to every customer.

Everything was great and the personnel were lovely, but there was hair in the shower upon my arrival. Ewwww!
