My fault for not doing more research before picking the location, but the hotel was super nice. Staff was super nice, and very accommodating. Room was beautiful. Indoor pool on-site which was a plus. Restaurant inside as well. They also only have valet parking.

Great service, personnel and food during a very challenging time for my family.

Despite it’s business, this hotel is very clean and quiet. The staff is very friendly and professional, special thanks to the Manager Brihallia John son for the exceptional service.

The lack of parking and the cost to valet is a concern. The lobby furniture was old, worn, and dirty which did not create a very good initial impression. However, the carpeting in the hallway was clean and very nice. The room had been nicely updated except for the carpet. It had everything needed but the door on the cabinet that held the refrigerator did not close all the way. The beds and pillows were very comfortable! The hotel was quiet, the food in the restaurant was good and the waiters were very friendly and helpful. The front desk employees were also very pleasant and helpful. The distance from the hospital was extremely convenient! We will stay again on our next trip :) Thank you!
