Great location with easy access to the Cleveland clinic. Shuttle service is very convenient. Room was very clean and included a microwave and mini fridge which was great for our longer stay. All the employees were very helpful and even when we checked out and left items behind they went out of their way to ship them to us. Shout out to Zara and Anthony and the ladies at the front desk!! Thank you!

Food was better than expected.

I recently stayed at this facility for a medical conference at the Cleveland Clinic. My peer stayed at one of the higher end facilities. Initially I was bummed but there weren’t any rooms available at the other hotel. Turns out I got the better deal! The staff at this hotel are so kind! They go out of their way to make sure your day is going well. Everyone from the check-in staff, to the breakfast lady, the bartender, the housekeepers to the valets were exceptional. The rooms are spacious and clean. I would choose this facility over the fancy version around the corner hands down!

The hotel is in excellent condition, the staff was accommodating for several special requests, they offer a patient rate, parking is valet only ($25 per night) and worked well for us, and the shuttle service to and from Cleveland Clinic worked well and made things easier.
