Very nice hotel with ...

Very nice hotel with very friendly and approachable staff. Joquita (apologize if that's not the right spelling) at the valet was the highlight of our night. We arrived around 2am with a trailer and she helped us get situated and distracted the admittedly very cranky kids while we unloaded the car. We would recommend this hotel to anyone!

Great hotel if need ...

Great hotel if need to stay near the Cleveland Clinic, universities, or the museums and attractions on the Eastside. The staff were very nice and efficient. The restaurant was convenient and open later than we expected. The service was good and the food was unexpectedly really good. Very nice stay for us.
