This Holiday Inn was fantastic! Very clean rooms and quiet. The lobby restaurant was great. Our server, Christopher, was outstanding! The food was great. We could relax before a member of our party has tests in the morning. The shuttle service from this hotel to Cleveland Clinic was terrific. Dropped us off at the door. Our valet, Erik, was friendly and fun to talk with. Stay here. Thank you everyone at this hotel.

I have stayed here many times while my sister was a patient at the Cleveland Clinic. Getting to and from the hospital is a breeze with the shuttle service and the front desk reps are always very pleasant and accommodating. The facility is always very clean and beds are comfortable. The only negative is the lighting on the bathroom mirror - not conducive to putting on makeup, but I have found a lot of hotels are going to this type of lighting around the mirrors - just not enough - did not have women in mind.

It was so convenient to stay within walking distance of my father while he was at the Clinic. They also have a shuttle. Everyone was kind helpful and knowledgeable. The valet team couldn't have been nicer!

Room The heating did not work properly. The coffee maker did not work either. Service The bard tenders are great. They have made my wifes stays through the last 6 monthsmuch better with their comptionate concern and maker her feel at home. Sonia and aJasmin. Have been great for my wifes mental health.
