The service here was Awesome! From the Valet (I have a disability and he patiently helped me get everything out of my car), the Front Desk Clerk (who had a king size blanket brought to my room), to the Dining Room staff who were very accommodating. Awesome!

This hotel was very clean. The restaurant had great food. The employees were very nice and helpful. The shuttle made the trips to the hospital so easy. We would stay here again.

Food was better than expected.

I recently stayed at this facility for a medical conference at the Cleveland Clinic. My peer stayed at one of the higher end facilities. Initially I was bummed but there weren’t any rooms available at the other hotel. Turns out I got the better deal! The staff at this hotel are so kind! They go out of their way to make sure your day is going well. Everyone from the check-in staff, to the breakfast lady, the bartender, the housekeepers to the valets were exceptional. The rooms are spacious and clean. I would choose this facility over the fancy version around the corner hands down!
