I recently stayed at this facility for a medical conference at the Cleveland Clinic. My peer stayed at one of the higher end facilities. Initially I was bummed but there weren’t any rooms available at the other hotel. Turns out I got the better deal! The staff at this hotel are so kind! They go out of their way to make sure your day is going well. Everyone from the check-in staff, to the breakfast lady, the bartender, the housekeepers to the valets were exceptional. The rooms are spacious and clean. I would choose this facility over the fancy version around the corner hands down!

Great place to stay if you need to use the Cleveland Clinic. Parking is not easy. You have to use valet for $25 per night or walk several city blocks to do self-parking. No free breakfast bar, but lots of options for food in the hotel, and Burger King is across the street and McDonald's is a couple of blocks down.

Really can’t say enough good things about this hotel! Rooms are very clean & accommodating. The smell in the hotel smells so good! The hotel is very bright, welcoming and peaceful the second you walk in. I asked the lady at the front what the scent was so I could purchase it for our home lol. The buffet breakfast & eating area was very nice and clean. We got the wings at the restaurant & they were good! Pool room has music which was fun! Also they have a Cleveland clinic shuttle that comes every ten minutes to take you to and from your apts. which was very convenient.
