Was traveling from NY with 3 toddlers Check in was smooth at 10pm Valet guys were very nice and accommodating since we had a Sprinter passenger van and was concern about parking. They kept it at the front of the hotel all night:) Breakfast was delicious. We were super impressed how clean the hotel was from the rooms to the eating area. The kids even complimented the place :) We will definitely look for more Holiday Inns next time we take small getaways. Nice Job Holiday Inn!!

We weren't sure how long we were going to be there so we booked for two night. After seeing Doctor we find out only that day but needed to come back they were great about refunding for the other night plus they are so helpful.

Beautiful rooms and great service from the staff. We will stay with them again :) We stayed last night and got home today. The beds are amazing with big bathrooms. It made it more pleasurable before we went to Cleveland Clinic for my husbands cancer screening and we got great news that my husband is cancer free :)

Hotel was new, service was excellent.parking not excellent.
