The place was beautiful ...

The place was beautiful that gets the 5. Parking should not cost anything. No Hot tub! No Microwave! The pool only 3'9" Deep. No continental breakfast? We were there for emergency medical with family at Cleveland Clinic who was in ICU. So location was perfect. But a few changes would make it all perfect.

Super nice hotel and ...

Super nice hotel and is very accommodating! Brought the boys with me a they had a blast in very kid friendly pool!! The food and room service was superior!! Definitely will be back.

The greatest hotel I ...

The greatest hotel I have ever experienced, best management, Mr. Mosa the GM and the adorable Reception Manager with all her staff so kind, nice, helpful. The rooms well furnished, so clean and big enough for disabled people. Swimming pool, GYM, laundry, Bar, restaurant and large Lobby that you can meet all the residents I spent one month there and still - I have couple a months more and am not intending to change the hotel- Holiday Inn Cleveland -
