James who worked as ...

James who worked as the bartender on 8/31/17 was absolutely amazing. We just finished at the clinic with amazingly great news, but was in need of mechanical services for our car. We waited at the bar and James was very thoughtful towards my girlfriend and I. He checked in on us often and chatted about our impromptu date night. I work retail, but watching him with his customer service skills and the way he worked with customers was inspiring. We will be back.

Excellent hotel, comfy room & bed!!! Friendly & helpful staff!!! Will definitely be back when I visit my grandson at Case Western Reserve University!!!
