The lack of parking and the cost to valet is a concern. The lobby furniture was old, worn, and dirty which did not create a very good initial impression. However, the carpeting in the hallway was clean and very nice. The room had been nicely updated except for the carpet. It had everything needed but the door on the cabinet that held the refrigerator did not close all the way. The beds and pillows were very comfortable! The hotel was quiet, the food in the restaurant was good and the waiters were very friendly and helpful. The front desk employees were also very pleasant and helpful. The distance from the hospital was extremely convenient! We will stay again on our next trip :) Thank you!

Holiday Inn Cleveland Clinic by IHG is very conveniently located a 10 min walk from Cleveland Clinic where I had a procedure done. The hotel was clean and acceptable but average, The room cleaning staff would yell to each other as they made up the rooms casually talking about personal topics. They did a good job of making up the room though and no thefts were indicated. This location had a heated pool and gym - both nice and well maintained. The MAJOR DRAW BACK was a sickening sweet orange blossom air freshener smell that was literally giving me a headache. Maybe it's a good commercial product BUT the staff didn't know how to use it properly. VERY OVERBEARING! The front desk staff like "Anthony" was friendly and professional as were the other front desk staff I came in contact with. IF I had to do it all over again, I would try the InterContinental Hotel next door...

One block from the Cleveland Clinic

The room we are in has a couple of issues, you can see the splatter grossness in the pics. The service is tip top. All the staff and the valet folks are super nice and efficient. No issues with service at all. Location.... If you're staying because of Cleveland Clinic, it's a great location 1-2 blocks from the main entrance on Euclid. If you wander far from the hotel or the main entrance, it gets pretty seedy pretty dang quick, so drive everywhere. I should mention paying for valet grants you unlimited 24/7 in and out privileges at this location.
