Jen the waitress at breakfast was awesome! She made my stay memorable. She has my vote for employee of the year. After getting out of open heart I spent three days there recovering. She helped me get my breakfast, and made sure I was OK throughout the meal. I was so weak I could hardly eat. When I went to pay, she had already taken care of my bill. Thank You Jen Your generosity touched my heart.

Staff helpful with disability accommodations

We have been here a number of times at the Clinic and we have found all the staff to be personable, professional and at times responsive to issues. Thank you

Holiday Inn Cleveland Clinic by IHG is very conveniently located a 10 min walk from Cleveland Clinic where I had a procedure done. The hotel was clean and acceptable but average, The room cleaning staff would yell to each other as they made up the rooms casually talking about personal topics. They did a good job of making up the room though and no thefts were indicated. This location had a heated pool and gym - both nice and well maintained. The MAJOR DRAW BACK was a sickening sweet orange blossom air freshener smell that was literally giving me a headache. Maybe it's a good commercial product BUT the staff didn't know how to use it properly. VERY OVERBEARING! The front desk staff like "Anthony" was friendly and professional as were the other front desk staff I came in contact with. IF I had to do it all over again, I would try the InterContinental Hotel next door...
