The room was great, the staff was great, but our refrigerator quit working so I had to throw out my food. I told the front desk about it when I checked out and they comped my valet parking ($25). All in all I'm very satisfied but I have to knock points off over that.

hotel is fine. valet parking is $25/day. but self parking, (which I prefer) is a hike: hotel is on 86 st. the parking garage is on 93 st. ($10 per in and out) And that looks to be the closest parking available, almost no street parking.

Rooms are clean spacious nice storage. Nice bar area. Valet parking.

This was a great & convenient place to stay for visiting Cleveland Clinic. Free shuttles run every 10 minutes or so M-F, and every half hour Sat/Sun. There's a restaurant on site which makes life much easier when you don't want to bother having valet pull your car around repeatedly. Our only complaint was the night shift at the restaurant not being so great. But overall, you can't go wrong here. I'd give it a 4.7 out of 5 star if it would let me.
