It was nice had a great room only thing that irritated me was when we were checking out in the morning stopped to grab a coffee women took my order i was only one in line she made it sat it on the counter and started to take other orders i stood there for ten mins while she just kept taking other orders then finally rang me up smh

It’s a great hotel at a reasonable price and yet not very far from downtown. The food choices available were also very good! The only issue I had was a woman approached me in the restaurant begging for money. I appreciated a member of the staff escorting her out of the hotel right away. I thought the hotel staff did a great job dealing with the situation.

We stayed here for a hockey Tournement. The hotel is nice and breakfast was decent. The rooms are nice. The only thing that stops me from giving them 5 stars is trying to fix my reservations, I kept getting sent all over. But via email through our cordinator she fixed us right up!

Shuttle service to Cleveland Clinic was a bonus and not to far from RNRHOF.
