We stayed here for 2 different times in one week, 2 different rooms. Our first experience was incredible. Room was spotless. Second stay in another room was disappointing. We had no chair in room, carpet very dirty, handles and light switches dirty, dead bolt does not work The staff is attentive, kind, breakfast bar and restaurant are very good. Shuttle service is convenient and prompt, their staff are angels. We have never been treated so well on a shuttle service.

Absolutely not worth what we paid. This place should be called Days Inn. That would actually be an improvement. Check in was very nice. Staff at the desk and valet were great. The room was mid. The pillows are horrible!!! The blanket is too thin. There was mold all along the bottom of the shower. The refrigerator would not get cold. Parking is a joke. Far too expensive for the quality.

The front desk was.very friendly. The restaurant was SUPER SLOW. It took an hour to get our order taken....there were lots of employees just moving crazy slow. It was wierd...I have been a server & I am generally easy going in a restaurant....this was just poor leadership. The next morning, the breakfast opened 45min late. So the room as ok, the front desk was great, the location was very convenient to Cleavland Clinic. Get your food some place else if you can.
