I was here for appts at Cleveland Clinic. Everyone, except the front desk were very cheerful and helpful. The room was very clean and well equipped for my needs. The bed was very comfortable. Jacob, at valet, was so friendly and helpful. He went above and beyond to help me.

Hotel very nice, clean and staff was mostly pleasant. My only negative would be the Valet Service. I was told we could call or text Valet to bring car around so it would be out front by time we were downstairs. ( I was given text #, I sent text) When we got out front it was not the case. When i questioned, I was told by one Valet attendant outside "the text does not work" and by person in the Valet office "there is no text", and I would have to wait another 10 to 15 minutes for my car, no sense of urgency no apology for being misinformed. We waited almost 30 minutes. Several Valet attendants just hanging around?

Room could have been cleaner especially the shower. Front desk young lady not very friendly

The room was nice but the staff are unhappy and definitely not customer oriented.
