Staff is very nice and helpful.

The only negative thing I can say........ you have to pay for parking?? This is the only time I have EVER had reservations ANY WHERE and had to PAY for Parking in addition to my reservation ~~ why would that not have been included in the fee for the room?? otherwise, everything was great!

So close to the Cleveland clinic, with shuttles running every 10 or so minutes. If you don't want the shuttle, it's a quick walk, 5-7 minutes, at a slow pace. The rooms are more than enough for the cost. Beds are comfortable, and the room was very clean. Valets are friendly and affordable, with in and out at no additional charge. The staff, especially the night woman, were perfect!! Additional pillows delivered in minutes, in the middle of the night. They will hold bags for you, and there is a great cafe on property.

Very clean and very understanding. Having to travel from another state was stressful enough but our stay here made it much easier. The food selection was great HOWEVER the biggest and only downfall is the lack of parking. Other than that, this is one of the nicest hotels I've stayed in
