Perfect location for the ...

Perfect location for the Cleveland Clinic. Nice, clean, well proportioned rooms, on-site and reasonably priced restaurant and coffee shop with very friendly staff, and great valet service. Much better than the hotel next door and a lot cheaper. We were very happy with our stay and will be staying here during our future visits.

Paula was AMAZING taken ...

Paula was AMAZING taken care of all my needs as the Hotel had a water shut down for maintenance. She made sure that my satisfaction was achieved. She is definitely a asset to the Cleveland Clinic Holiday Inn!!

The only negative thing ...

The only negative thing I can say........ you have to pay for parking?? This is the only time I have EVER had reservations ANY WHERE and had to PAY for Parking in addition to my reservation ~~ why would that not have been included in the fee for the room?? otherwise, everything was great!
