The room we are in has a couple of issues, you can see the splatter grossness in the pics. The service is tip top. All the staff and the valet folks are super nice and efficient. No issues with service at all. Location.... If you're staying because of Cleveland Clinic, it's a great location 1-2 blocks from the main entrance on Euclid. If you wander far from the hotel or the main entrance, it gets pretty seedy pretty dang quick, so drive everywhere. I should mention paying for valet grants you unlimited 24/7 in and out privileges at this location.

This was a great & convenient place to stay for visiting Cleveland Clinic. Free shuttles run every 10 minutes or so M-F, and every half hour Sat/Sun. There's a restaurant on site which makes life much easier when you don't want to bother having valet pull your car around repeatedly. Our only complaint was the night shift at the restaurant not being so great. But overall, you can't go wrong here. I'd give it a 4.7 out of 5 star if it would let me.

Sauna is a nice touch!

Staff was very friendly. They need more handicap parking spaces.Only option is $25 valet parking plus tip, which adds quite a bit to the final cost of the room.
